Hello. This is the 3rd volume of the food critic - Foot cryptic issue 3.

Hard mango with glutinous rice again. Coconut taste. Not again!




Colourful Coconut glutinous balls??? aka Tang Yuan (you know) Taste like sweet and salty coconut flavoured dessert. Not AGAIN!! Just a reminder: this issue is all on coconut.



Rating: 3 coconuts out of 5. NOT BAD.

This is not just any food but that of celestial fragrance and texture .Get your seatbelts fastened for this gastronomic roller coaster .

Let me tell you a story of a homo sapien who happily brought money ,high hopes and dreams ,salivating during her journey to 'pelifrance 'and realised that potato gratin's only served at cafes but not bistros .She disappointedly shoved whats offered into her mouth .With hopes dashed she decided to go on a quest to make her own .


Just to wet your appetite ,Introducing Potato gratin .This is the epitome of potato cooking 'in my opinion'.

REASONS TO BE LOST DURING POST A's

1.Sense of nothingness (This is so typical singaporean .We have been mugging our whole life and once there's a break ,we have a mental breakdown)

2.Overwhelmed totally with the things to do especially the million and two things you promised to complete ,with the worse coming first .(task of cleaning up the room)

3.Worrying about the future .Que sara sara !
Would it be bright ,with high intensity ,or dark with completely non overlapping phase difference ?
